Terms and Conditions for the 2024 Lakeside Live x Always Dale Social Media Giveaway
1. Eligibility:
The Lakeside Live x Always Dale Social Media Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as "the Giveaway") is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Must be at least 19 years of age or older.
- Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Must have a valid social media account on the platform specified for entry.
2. Giveaway Details:
- The prize consists of 4x VIP Tier 3 Tickets to Lakeside Live Music Festival and accommodations for 4 people.\
- Lakeside Live retains sole discretion in booking the accommodations.
- The named winner is personally liable for any damages caused to the property during their stay.
- The $100.00 CAD credit attributable to Lake of the Woods Brewing Company is for restaurant seating only. This is not redeemable at the beer store or on any merchandise.
- One full set of the Lakeside Live x Far From Ordinary Merchandise Collection will be provided to the individual winner of the contest (includes 1x Hoodie, 1x T-shirt, and 1x hat. No substitutions are available).
3. Contest Entry:
- Participants can enter the Giveaway by following the specified entry instructions on the designated social media platform.
- Unlimited entries per person are permitted.
- Any incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.
- Participants must comply with the rules and guidelines set forth by the social media platform used for entry.
4. Winner Selection and Notification:
- The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on Monday, July 1st at 4:00pm CST.
- The winner will be notified via direct message or comment on the social media platform used for entry.
- The winner must respond within a 12 hour span of the time of notice.
- If the winner fails to claim the prize within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be chosen at Lakeside Live's discretion.
5. Liability and Indemnification:
- Once the prize has been awarded, Lakeside Live and Always Dale assume no liability for any issues, incidents, or claims arising from the individuals, their travel, safety, actions, accommodations, or any other aspect related to the Giveaway.
- By accepting the prize, the winner thereby accepts full financial and legal responsibility for the property and adhering to the rules of the Airbnb, as well as complying with all terms of use and any other applicable conditions set forth by Airbnb. The winner is responsible for all guests traveling with them and agrees to hold Lakeside Live and Always Dale harmless and indemnified from any and all liability, damages, or expenses incurred in connection with the Giveaway.
6. Publicity:
- By participating in the Giveaway, the winner grants Lakeside Live and Always Dale the right to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Governing Law:
- The Giveaway and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Manitoba, Canada.
8. General Conditions:
- Lakeside Live reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
- Lakeside Live reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities.
- The winner of the contest and their group are responsible for their own transportation & safety to and from Lakeside Live.
By participating in the Giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
