We are thrilled to announce that Lakeside Live has partnered with Winnipeg River Charter Services to bring you a convenient and safe shuttle service for our event! Your safety is our top priority, and we want to ensure everyone has a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.

Our shuttle service will take you from Winnipeg to Kenora with convenient pickups and drop-offs in Falcon Lake and West Hawk. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenic ride as we take care of the transportation for you.

Winnipeg Grant Park Shopping Centre (near McDonald’s):

  • Departure: 1:30 PM

Falcon Lake Pickup Shell Gas Station:

  • Arrival: 3:00 PM

  • Departure: 3:05 PM

West Hawk Lake Pickup Nite Hawk Café:

  • Arrival: 3:25 PM

  • Departure: 3:30 PM

Kenora Arrival Jarnel Contracting Pavilion – Kenora Harbourfront:

  • Arrival: 4:15 PM

Reddens Camp Pickup:

  • Arrival: 4:30 PM

  • Departure: 4:35 PM

Return to Jarnel Contracting Pavilion:

  • Arrival: 4:55 PM

Ticket Information:

  • Cost: $50.00 per person (round trip)

  • Ticket Scanning: Your ticket will be scanned twice only – once during pickup and once during the return trip.

  • Water: Complimentary water provided for the return journey to each paying guest.

  • Facilities: Toilets available on the bus.

Terms & Conditions:

  • A valid ticket is required to board the bus. Keep your ticket safe.

  • Tickets are non-transferable; scanning a ticket for someone else will result in denied entry.

  • Last-minute Return Only tickets may be purchased from an authorized Lakeside Live representative prior to departure from Kenora.

  • Attendees must be punctual for all pickup and drop-off times; the bus will not wait beyond the scheduled windows.

  • Riders are responsible for getting off at their respective drop-off locations. The bus will not turn around for missed stops.

  • This ticket provides transportation only and does not include entry to Lakeside Live.

  • Lakeside Live is not responsible for lost or stolen items on the bus or at the festival.

  • No refunds will be provided, and Lakeside Live is not liable for guests who breach these terms.

  • Dependent on road conditions, the proposed arrival and departure times may vary. All guests will be notified in the event of a schedule change.
