Camping Terms & Conditions
Camping reservations offered through Lakeside Live are located at Anicinabe Park & Campground in Kenora, Ontario. Lakeside Live is not the owner or operator of the campground and acts solely as a facilitator of campsite reservations. All campers are guests of Anicinabe Park and must comply with all campground rules, policies, and staff directions at all times.
Camping Dates
• Campsites are reserved from Friday, July 24, 2026 through Sunday, July 26, 2026.
• Check-in and check-out times are subject to Anicinabe Park operating policies.
• Camping reservations do not include admission to Lakeside Live. Festival tickets must be purchased separately.

Camping reservations include campsite accommodations only and do not include festival admission, transportation, or parking.
Noise & Conduct
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced by the campground from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, amplified music, fighting, harassment, vandalism, or conduct that interferes with the enjoyment of other campers is prohibited.
• Campground management reserves the right to remove any guest for violating campground rules without refund.
• Lakeside Live reserves the right to revoke camping privileges for any guest whose conduct creates safety concerns or negatively impacts the experience of others.
Fires & Safety
• Campfires are permitted only where authorized by campground management and local regulations.
• All fire bans, fire restrictions, and emergency orders must be strictly followed.
• Campers are responsible for ensuring fires are fully extinguished before leaving them unattended.
• Fireworks, open burning, and other prohibited fire-related activities are not permitted.
Alcohol, Cannabis & Illegal Substances
• All guests must comply with applicable federal, provincial, municipal, campground, and event regulations.
• Public intoxication, disorderly conduct, supplying alcohol to minors, impaired driving, and illegal drug use will not be tolerated.
• Guests are responsible for making safe transportation arrangements to and from the festival.
Refunds & Cancellations
• Camping reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Lakeside Live.
• Weather conditions, personal scheduling conflicts, campground restrictions, artist cancellations, or changes to the event schedule do not qualify for refunds.
• In the event of a festival cancellation, camping refund eligibility will be determined at the sole discretion of Lakeside Live and subject to campground policies.
Location & Transportation
Lakeside Live camping is located at Anicinabe Park & Campground in Kenora, Ontario. The campground is approximately 7 km from the Lakeside Live festival grounds at the Jarnel Contracting Pavilion and is roughly a 10-minute drive, depending on traffic.
Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the festival. Never drive impaired.
General Rules
• All campers must comply with campground staff instructions and all posted campground regulations.
• Campsites may only be occupied by the number of guests permitted under the reservation purchased.
• Campsites must be kept clean and free of litter at all times.
• Garbage, recycling, and beverage containers must be disposed of in designated receptacles.
• Campers are responsible for any damage caused to campground property, facilities, or equipment.
• Respect fellow campers, campground staff, local residents, and public property at all times.
Pets
While we love your furry friends, pets are not permitted within the Lakeside Live festival grounds. Guests planning to attend the festival are strongly encouraged to leave pets at home for the weekend.
Guests choosing to bring pets to Anicinabe Park must comply with all campground rules and regulations. Pets must remain leashed, under control, and supervised at all times while in the campground. Owners are solely responsible for the care, safety, and conduct of their pets, including cleaning up after them.
Lakeside Live assumes no responsibility for pets brought to the campground. Any guest whose pet causes a disturbance, poses a safety concern, or violates campground policies may be required to remove the pet from the campground immediately.
Pets may not be left unattended at campsites while owners attend Lakeside Live.
Liability
• Camping is undertaken entirely at the guest's own risk.
• Lakeside Live assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, damage to personal property, injury, illness, accident, weather-related disruptions, campsite conditions, campground operations, or acts of third parties.
• Campers are responsible for securing their personal belongings and obtaining any insurance coverage they deem necessary.
Acknowledgement
By purchasing a camping reservation through Lakeside Live, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions, all applicable Anicinabe Park rules and regulations, and all directions provided by campground staff and event organizers.
